Client Care Manager - Valerie Antonik, GRI, is Pat's Seller Client Care Manager responsible for the day-to-day support of the marketing of your home. She is a licensed agent with extensive experience in sales, marketing and customer relations. She launches and manages Pat's "Smart Sale" plan for sellers and communicates the results to Pat and to you until we have successfully ratified a contract on your home. She will also help manage your contract once it is ratified by all parties. She has been Pat's "right-hand" person for more than a decade.

Client Care Services – Mary Troller, with her attention to detail, is in charge of production of the day-to-day marketing of all Pat Fales Associates listings, both online and in print.  She manages numerous real estate websites promoting and highlighting Pat's listings, as well as overseeing all property brochures and flyers.  Mary's goal is to make sure that all Pat Fales Associates listings are seen by as many prospective buyers as possible!

Client Care Services – Sandy Chorney is the friendly face behind the scenes.  She coordinates multiple administrative tasks, as well as printing and delivering all the brochures to our client homes and making sure that sign boxes are never empty.
